Newlyprescribingadministrativemeasuresagainst establishmentswhichprovidesaplace fordrugcrimes(legislationby amemberofNationalAsembly) 마약류 범죄 장소 등 제공업소 행정처분 신설(의원입법) 5On June 30, 2023, in partnership with the Drug Organization Crime Investigation Division of theNational Police Agency, the National Assembly member Kim Miae of People Power Party proposedthe amendments to four laws including the Narcotics Control Act, which prescribes administrativemeasures against establishments which provide a place for drug trafficking, injection and otheractivities. In the amendment, if a place for illegal drug-related activities is provided at a pub, a bar,karaoke room, or a lodging establishment, administrative measures such as suspension or closureofthe business may be issued.국민의힘 김미애 의원은 경찰청 마약조직범죄수사과와 협업하여, 2023. 6. 30. 마약류 매매·투약 등 장소제공 영업소의 행정처분 법적 근거를 마련하는 「마약류 관리에 관한 법률」 등 4개 법률의 일부개정법률안을 발의하였다. 개정안에서는 단란, 유흥, 노래연습장, 숙박업소에서 마약류 관련 불법행위를 위해 장소 등을 제공할 경우 해당업소에 대하여 영업정지·폐쇄등 행정처분할 수 있도록 하였다.March 13~17, 2023 Participated in the 66th UN Commission on Narcotic Drugs (CND) meeting anddiscussed drug control policies of each country.2023. 3. 13. ~ 17. 제66차 UN 마약위원회 회의(CND)에 참석하여 각국의 마약류 통제 정책 등에 대해 논의하였다.April 24~27, 2023 Six officers including the chief director ofthe Drug Organization Crime InvestigationDivision of the National Police Agency visited the customs service, the correctional office and theimmigration office in the Philippines to request cooperation in the arrest of Mr. A, a drug offender,who fled overseas.
