The major terms of the MOU are △ joint monitoring of narcoticsdistribution and information sharing △ faithful partnership of control and investigations byeach agency and sharing of investigation results △ exchanges of human resources and supportfor education and trainings to prevent the spread of narcotics △ active participation in publiccampaigns and collective education to eradicate drug use among teenagers.경찰청과 식품의약품안전처는 2023. 7. 14. ‘의료용 마약류 불법유통 척결’ 및 ‘청소년 마약 범죄 예방’ 업무협약(MOU)을 체결하였다. 주요 협약 내용으로 △ 마약류 유통 합동감시 및 상호 정보공유 △ 각 기관의 조사·단속에 대한 성실한 협조 및 수사결과 공유 △ 마약류 확산 차단을 위한 상호 인적교류 및 교육훈련 지원 △ 청소년 마약류 근절을 위한 홍보 교육 협력에 적극 동참하기로 하였다.MOU signing ceremony between National Police Agency and Ministry of Food and Drug Safety경찰청-식약처 업무협약식Investigative cooperation in Korea국내공조 및 협력26
